Introduction to Hatha Yoga

Whether you’re new to yoga or want to go back to basics, this series will give you a thoughtful and thorough experience of the basic postures, breath, and philosophy that come together in the Hatha yoga practice. Use this time to chart a road map of the yogic journey you’re beginning! With personal attention and guidance, you’re invited to allow the practice to work for your unique body/mind. Since the classes build on one another, advanced registration for the whole series is required.
