Vanessa’s Kundalini classes as taught by Yogi Bhajan use a powerful technology to awaken Consciousness. Apply posture, mantra, mudra, eye focus, and breath in specific combinations to balance the glandular and nervous systems. Activate immunity, ease anxiety and harness your dormant energy using this meditative practice that is as much a workout for your brain as your body! Private Sessions

Vanessa draws on her understanding of the practice and her own experience of healing to gear private sessions to the individual’s needs. The practice is personal, and a private session provides a custom-fit. Vanessa has a profound calling and deep experience working with individuals as they journey through physical trials. Her sensitivity and compassion foster a safe environment for the individual to grow, no matter the starting point.
